Easy Salmon, Garlic, and Herb Pasta

In this recipe we say to use Smoked Salmon but you can also use fresh salmon that has been pan fried or poached or if you really want simplicity use canned salmon. Depending on your salmon, this will change the quality of your meal.

Smoked Salmon

1 pot of Simply Delicious Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese
Seasonal Vegetables for the side

Steps

  1. Cook the linguine according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of the pasta water.
  2. Gently heat the smoked salmon in a pan over a low heat until warmed through. If using fresh or canned salmon, prepare and heat as needed before adding.
  3. Add the garlic and herb cream cheese to the pan and stir until it melts into a smooth sauce. Loosen with a splash of the reserved pasta water if needed.
  4. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Serve the pasta with seasonal vegetables on the side.
